Mayur Hotel

You can find Mayur Hotel at 51, Aara Kashan Road. The street is always moving, especially in the early hours when the city wakes up. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. The building has some character and shows its age, but it’s a solid structure. We don’t care for modern or sleek designs. This is a regular hotel where people come when they need a place to sleep. Being surrounded by other businesses means there is always someone walking past the entrance. Much of our time is spent on basic maintenance and keeping things clean. There is always a leaky tap to fix or a hallway to sweep. We aren't part of any big group, just a local hotel on the road. The rooms are kept simple, which makes them easier for us to look after. Most of the people who stay here are just looking for a spot that doesn't cost too much. We enjoy talking to the regulars who come back every few months. Seeing a familiar face makes the work feel better. Street noise is just part of the environment here, and we don't really notice it anymore. We keep the doors open and the beds ready. It's honest work without any big slogans. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Every day starts with tea and a look at the books. That is how we start our day here.
