Itc Hotel

We are located right in the Diplomatic Enclave at the Itc Maurya. It's a big place, and we spend most of our time making sure the rooms are ready and the guests have what they need. Working at a hotel like this means there is always something going on. One day it’s a big event, and the next it’s just quiet halls. We have a lot of staff coming and going from different shifts. The building itself is quite famous around Delhi, but for us, it's just where we show up for work. We deal with luggage, room service, and keeping the lobby looking decent. It can get pretty tiring standing on your feet all day, but that’s the hospitality business for you. We see people from all over the world. Sometimes they are in a hurry, other times they just want to sit and rest. We try to keep things organized, even when it gets hectic during the busy season. The Diplomatic Enclave is a nice area, fairly quiet compared to the rest of the city. Being part of the Itc Hotel team means you learn a lot about how people act. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make beds, cook food, and help people find their way around the property. It’s a lot of routine, but every guest is a bit different.
