You can find us at Jf-22 on the first floor in Khirki Extension. It’s right in the Malviya Nagar area, which is always bustling. The streets around here are quite narrow, so it’s a bit of a squeeze for vehicles, but that’s just how this part of Delhi is. We do overseas trading, which involves a lot of coordination between different suppliers and buyers. Our office is pretty small and usually packed with samples, catalogues, and stacks of shipping documents. It’s not a place with glass walls or fancy furniture. It’s a working office where people are always on the phone or typing away at their computers. We deal with a lot of different products, so every day is a bit different. One day we might be worrying about a shipment of electronics, and the next it’s something else entirely. We’ve learned that in this business, things rarely go exactly according to plan. There’s always a delay somewhere or a bit of paperwork that needs fixing. We just handle it as it comes. We’re just a small group of people working hard to make sure everything gets where it needs to go. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos. It’s a lot of work, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years.
