Our place is located at 3A, Block Rz on Street No. 4 in the Anand Parbat Ind. Area. It's an industrial zone, so it's not exactly quiet or pretty. Mod Kitchen Equipment Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the other shops around here. We’ve got stacks of stainless steel and parts everywhere. The air smells like metal and oil most days. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving things around. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a tour, but it works for us. We started out small and haven't really felt the need to change much. The office is just a corner with a couple of chairs and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't bother with fancy slogans. If someone needs a kitchen part, we see if we have it or if we can get it. Most of our guys have been doing this for a long time. They don't need blueprints for everything; they just know how things fit together. Lunchtime is usually just us sitting on crates in the shade outside. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We don’t have a website that’s updated every day or a marketing team. We just answer the door and get to work. Anand Parbat is a tough area but it’s home for the business. We focus on the job and let the rest take care of itself.
