Mid India Power Steel Ltd is located at 4/17A in Motinagar, New Delhi. This part of Delhi is always buzzing with people and traffic, so there's never a dull moment around our office. We are right in the thick of it. It’s a modest place, not a big steel mill or anything, since this is more for the administrative and coordination side of things. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have been with us since we started. The street outside is always busy with tea stalls and small shops. We usually get our lunch from one of the local places nearby. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't have glass walls or fancy espresso machines. We drink regular chai and talk about the steel markets and power projects we are involved in. The work is mostly about managing supply chains and talking to vendors. It can be a bit loud sometimes with the city noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a huge corporate entity with thousands of employees. We are just a dedicated team trying to keep the business running smoothly in a competitive city. People know us for being straightforward. We don't promise things we can't do. We just look at the orders, check the logistics, and try to get everything delivered on time. It's honest work in a very busy part of the capital.
