Loha Mandi is a loud and busy place, and our spot at X-20 is right in the thick of it all. Mata Vaishnou Metal & Steel Private Limited is mostly about moving heavy loads of iron and steel from one place to another. We have a lot of regular customers who come to Naraina just to find the right materials for their builds. The office is very small and usually smells like fresh chai because we make it several times a day. We have papers and registers stacked up on the desks because we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way. We spend our time talking to the truck drivers and the laborers who are moving the beams around. It's a rough area with a lot of dust, but it feels like home to us. You won't find any polished marble floors or fancy lights here. It's just concrete and heavy metal. We get the shipments in, check the weight on the scales, and stack it up in the rows. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult with the mud, but we just throw some heavy tarps over the stock and keep going. We don't do any advertising or marketing. People know we are here at X-20 by now. It's been that way for a long time. The workers have their own way of doing things, and we don't interfere as long as the work gets finished. We just keep our heads down and handle the metal.
