Knd Steel Syndicate

If you've ever been to Naraina Loha Mandi, you know what it’s like. It’s loud, it’s dusty, and there is steel everywhere. That’s where we are. Knd Steel Syndicate is right in the heart of all that metal. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning that actually works well. It’s mostly just a place to sit between dealing with trucks and piles of steel. The walls are a bit stained from the industrial air, and the floor is concrete. We spend most of our time talking to people about weights and sizes. There are always people shouting over the sound of machines or trucks backing up. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We usually have grease on our hands or dust on our clothes by noon. It’s honest work, though. We’ve been in the mandi for years, so we know how the market moves. Sometimes we sit on plastic chairs outside the entrance just to catch a breeze. There’s a small shop nearby that makes the best tea, and that’s usually where you’ll find one of us if we aren't at the desk. It’s a rough and tumble environment, but it’s home for us. We just handle the steel and try to keep the orders moving without too much trouble.
