Our location is over in Dwarka at Nav Sansad Vihar. It’s Flat 941 in Sector 22 on Plot No-4. Having an office in a place like this is a bit different. Metal parts and orders are what we deal with. This isn't a giant factory floor, mostly just the admin and coordinating stuff. My desk usually stays covered in papers and various samples. Dwarka is a huge area, so finding the right plot can be a struggle for people. We’ve been in this same spot for a while. Neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet. It’s a simple setup. A lot of time is spent on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to wait. It’s a small operation here. Handling the metal side of things is what we know best. It’s not flashy work. We just make sure the specs are right. The building is typical for this part of Delhi. Nine to six is the usual routine. If the lift breaks down, it’s a long walk up. We keep a kettle for coffee in the corner. It’s just us working through the lists every day. No one wears suits; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day. It works for us. We've been at it for many years and we're used to the pace. We just focus on the orders and getting things delivered to the right people.
