Kesri Steels Ltd Bhiwadi

Our main setup for Kesri Steels Ltd is actually based out in Bhiwadi, but we keep an office here in New Delhi to handle a lot of the administrative work and meetings. The address is C/O 184 Nand Ram Tokas in Munirka Village. It’s a busy, crowded part of the city, which is quite a contrast to the industrial zones where the actual steel work happens. Amit Ranjan and the rest of the team spend a lot of time navigating the narrow lanes of Munirka to get to the desk. Dealing with steel is a tough business, and there’s always some new regulation or transport issue we have to figure out. We spend most of our hours on the phone or buried in paperwork, coordinating between the factory floor and the customers who need their orders delivered on time. It gets pretty hectic during the middle of the week when everything seems to happen at once. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that; it’s just a functional space where we can sit down and get the job done. Sometimes it feels like we’re always playing catch-up with the pace of the city, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the pressure. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between Delhi and the plants, but that’s just the nature of the industry we’re in. We keep things simple and try to stay focused on the daily tasks without worrying about how polished everything looks.
