We are located on the third floor of Vardhman Big 'V' Plaza, which is right in the Rani Bagh area of Pitampura. It’s a very crowded spot, especially since we’re so close to the M2K cinema. There’s always music playing from the shops downstairs and the sound of horns from Road No. 44. Our office at No. 325 is usually packed with boxes and samples because we do a lot of exporting. Getting things up to the third floor is always a bit of a chore, especially when we have big shipments coming in and the lift is busy. We don't have much in the way of decor, just some desks pushed together and shelves full of folders. It’s a busy place, and we’re often staying late to make sure the paperwork for the customs is all finished up properly. The plaza is full of all kinds of businesses, so there’s always someone new in the hallways or waiting for the elevator. We don't really have a big public-facing side to the business. Most of our work happens over email or on the phone with people in other countries who need our goods. We just focus on making sure the items are packed correctly so nothing breaks during the journey. It’s a lot of double-checking lists and labels. We’ve been here in Plot No. 12 for quite a while, and even though it's noisy, it’s a good location for us to work from.
