Jindal Steel & Power Limited (Jspl)

We spend most of our days here at Jindal Center 12 in Bhikaji Cama Place. It's a busy part of Delhi, and you can always hear the traffic hum from outside. We’ve been working with steel and power for a long time now. Most mornings start with tea while we look at the schedules. The office isn't fancy, just a lot of desks and papers piled up. We deal with big projects but it feels like a small world once you step inside the doors. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a lot of work coordinating everything from here. We have people coming in and out all day long. Some days are quieter than others, but mostly it is just steady. We don't really do big speeches or fancy posters on the walls. It is just about getting the steel where it needs to go and making sure the power side of things stays on track. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, more cars and new faces. We just keep our heads down and do the job. If you walk around the area, you’ll see us right there in the middle of it all. It’s a solid place to work, even if the air conditioning is a bit loud sometimes. We are just a group of people trying to keep things moving. It’s what we know. We don’t need anything more than that to get through the day.
