Jayaswals Neco Ltd

Our office for Jayaswals Neco Ltd is located in Kapoor Plaza, right in the heart of Lajpat Nagar-2 in New Delhi. It is a very busy area, as anyone who has ever spent time in Delhi can tell you. Being on the first floor means we hear the sounds of the market and the street all day long. There is always someone outside looking for a parking spot or rickshaw drivers calling out to people. We spend most of our time at our desks handling the paperwork and the phone calls that keep things moving. The building itself is a bit on the older side, so the stairs can feel narrow when there are people coming up and down with deliveries. We usually have tea brought in twice a day from the small stall downstairs. It is not a very large office, and it often stays a bit cramped with all the files and computer monitors we have set up. The air conditioner has to work really hard during the month of June. We see a lot of visitors coming in for meetings or just to drop off documents. It gets especially crowded during the festive seasons because the market is right outside our door. Sometimes it takes twenty minutes just to walk to the metro station because of all the shoppers. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It is a practical space for us to manage things.
