We have been operating out of Jhilmil Industrial Estate for quite some time now. Our units are A-10 and 11, right near the G.T. Road in Shahdara. It is a crowded place, but it is where all the action is for engineering. We do a lot of different things here, mostly involving metal and fabrication. The air is usually thick with the smell of oil and burnt metal. It is just the way an engineering shop should be. We have got some old machines that still run better than the new ones. The staff here has been around since the beginning. We do not really bother with marketing or anything like that. Most folks just stop by because they have worked with us before. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy for that right now. We handle everything from small parts to bigger structures. Sometimes we have to shout to be heard over the grinders. Lunch is usually a quick affair so we can get back to the floor. Shahdara is a hectic place, but we like being in the middle of it. We keep our paperwork in some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is a simple setup. We do the work, we pack it up, and we send it out. No big fuss. It is just a bunch of us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, without any fancy talk.
