Our place is at F-124 in Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi. It’s a busy little area, and we’re right in the middle of it. We’ve been handling steel services from this location for quite some time. The office is tucked away in the lanes of Katwaria Sarai, so it can be a bit tricky to find if it’s your first time visiting. We mostly deal with paperwork and coordinating orders from here. It’s a small space, mostly filled with files and a couple of desks. We don’t have a big showroom or anything like that. Most of our work happens through phone calls and visiting sites. The neighborhood is full of small businesses like ours, so there’s always a lot of activity and noise. We like being part of this local scene. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work when it comes back on. It’s a bit of a cramped space when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't interested in being a big fancy corporation. We’re just local people who know a lot about steel and how to get it where it needs to go. Every day is a bit different, depending on what our customers need. We just take it as it comes and try to be honest in everything we do. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know best. We just keep at it.
