Our office is tucked away at C-683 in Sudershan Park. If you know New Delhi, you know these areas can be a bit of a maze sometimes. We've been operating out of this spot for a good while, dealing with security systems and scanning tech. It's a residential-looking area but there's a lot of small businesses around here. We aren't in one of those shiny glass towers you see downtown. We prefer it this way. It’s more grounded. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and phone calls coordinating with the field teams. The space is a bit cramped with all the manuals and spare parts we keep on hand, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit noisy outside during the day with the city traffic and the neighbors, but you get used to it. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea, which helps get us through the long afternoons. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us because they need help with their equipment and someone told them we were here. It's honest work and we take it seriously even if the office looks a bit lived-in. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, so we try to keep up as best as we can. We've had the same neighbors for a long time and everyone looks out for each other. It’s just how we do things here. The walk from the main road is short but busy.
