Climatrol Corporation

We have been operating out of 108A in Madan Gir for a good number of years now. It is a busy, crowded neighborhood, and our daily routine usually starts with the sound of the local market waking up outside. Our office isn’t much to look at, honestly. It is a functional space with a few old desks, a couple of computers that have seen better days, and stacks of papers that never seem to get shorter. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you at the door. Most of the time, we are just in the back getting things done. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never really find the time to stop and do it. It gets quite hot in the summer, so we keep the ceiling fans running at full speed all day long. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, and we just sit outside on the steps and chat with the neighbors until it comes back on. We know the tea seller on the corner by name, and he knows exactly how we like our chai. It is a very grounded way to work. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches or complicated plans. If someone calls with a problem, we just try to figure out how to help them with what we have. It is simple, honest work in a part of town we know well.
