Chandan Metal Works

We’ve been here at 1/2482 Moti Ram Road for quite a while now. Shahdara is a busy place, and our shop is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. Chandan Metal Works isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s a workspace where we get our hands dirty every day. Most mornings start with the sound of metal clanking and the smell of the workshop. We do various types of metal work, mostly because that’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on Moti Ram Road gets backed up, which can make things a bit slow, but we just keep at it. It’s a family-run kind of setup. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting around discussing what needs to be done next or checking on the inventory. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished website. It’s just us doing the work that comes in. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We've got piles of scrap and finished pieces lying around, and it might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. Life in Shahdara moves fast, and we’re just happy to be a part of the local economy here. It’s hard work, and the summer heat makes the metal shop pretty warm, but it's what we do. If you walk down the road, you can't miss the sound of the machines running at our place.
