Bihar Tubes Ltd is tucked away on the top floor of JG-2, 755 in Vikaspuri. Being up on the top floor means we get a bit of a breeze during the Delhi summers, which we really appreciate when the air gets heavy. Vikaspuri is a crowded place, and finding a parking spot near the building can be a real headache some mornings. We deal with tubes and industrial supplies, so there is always a lot of talk about specifications and shipping dates. It’s a small team here in the New Delhi office. We don't have a reception area with fancy couches; it is mostly just desks, phones, and catalogs. You can hear the noise from the street below even when the windows are shut, but that is just life in the city. We have been operating out of this 110018 area for quite some time now. India is a big market, and even though we are up on the top floor of a building in Delhi, we feel connected to all of it. Sometimes we have to carry samples up the stairs if the lift is acting funny, which keeps us moving. It isn’t a glamorous job, but we take it seriously and make sure the orders are processed. People call us from all over, and we just do our best to give them the information they need without overcomplicating things.
