Bhushan Ltd

I’m Sanjeev Shrama, and I run Bhushan Ltd from our spot in Shivam Vihar. My father is Om Dutt Sharma, and many people in Murad Nagar know him. We are located right opposite the ITI, so it’s easy for people to find us. It’s a family-run thing, really. We don’t have a massive warehouse or a glass building. It’s just a practical space where we handle our business affairs every day. Murad Nagar is a busy place, and being near the ITI means there's always activity around. We handle various tasks, mostly related to supplies and local trade. I spend a lot of my morning on the phone or talking to people who walk in. My desk is usually covered in papers and receipts. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just remember who needs what and when it needs to be delivered. Sometimes my brother helps out when I have to go into the city for meetings. It’s a quiet life in some ways, but there is always something to fix or an order to check. We’ve lived in this area for years, so the neighbors are all friends. We sit outside sometimes when the weather is nice and have tea. It’s a basic operation, but we take care of the people who rely on us. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Shivam Vihar, keeping things simple and honest. We hope to stay here for many more years.
