Lodhi Colony is a well-known part of New Delhi, and that is where you can find me at 16/415. My name is Aruna and I handle the work here. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for what I need to do. Living and working in the capital means things are always moving fast, but inside these walls, I try to keep things organized and calm. It’s not a fancy boutique or a high-rise office. It’s just a practical apartment-style setup where the business happens. I’ve been in 110003 for a long time, so I know the neighborhood well. I don’t have a lot of staff, so when you call or visit, you’re usually talking directly to me. I handle the paperwork, the chores, and the actual service myself. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I prefer it that way because I know exactly what’s going on. Some days the heat in Delhi is tough and the power cuts happen, but we just keep going. I don't use a lot of fancy jargon or business talk. I just speak plainly. People come to me because they want someone local who understands how things work around here. It’s a modest operation, nothing to brag about, but it’s mine and I work hard at it every single day. I just want to keep things running smoothly and stay honest.
