Started in Connaught Place a long time ago. We are right at Shop N-21, across from Sindiya House. If you know the area near Kasturba Gandhi Marg, you've probably walked past us. The shelves are pretty full and sometimes it’s hard to find a specific spot to stand if we have a delivery coming in. It’s just how it is here. We spend a lot of time unpacking boxes and putting books where they belong. Some days are quiet, others are loud with the traffic outside. People stop in because they saw the sign or they were just walking to the metro. We don't have fancy lights or anything. Just a lot of paper and ink. My desk is usually covered in receipts and half-finished tea. We try to keep things organized but sometimes a stack of novels ends up in the wrong section. It happens. People ask us for things we don't have, and we try to see if we can get them. Living and working in CP means you see everyone. We’ve been here through a lot of changes in the neighborhood. The stairs are a bit narrow. Most of the time, I’m just looking for a pen that works. It’s a simple shop. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first person to walk in. We like it this way.
