We are based over in Yamuna Vihar at C-6/445, right in the heart of Delhi. It is a lively area, and our spot is usually quite busy with activity. We deal in steel, so as you can imagine, it is not a clean or quiet job. There is always the sound of metal moving or trucks idling outside in the street. Our office is just a small partitioned area where we handle the invoices and talk to customers. The rest of the space is for the material itself. We have been in this part of Delhi for a long time, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom with lights. It is just a place where you come to get the steel you need for your projects. Sometimes it gets incredibly hot during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. The streets around here can be a bit narrow for the bigger trucks, so there is often a bit of shouting and maneuvering to get things loaded up. It is a very hands-on business. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the basic stuff to keep things moving. We take pride in just being a local place that does what it says it will.
