Our office is located over at Sagar Apartments on Tilak Marg. Being in New Delhi means we are right in the middle of everything, which helps when people come in from different parts of the country. We've been here for a good bit of time now. The building is an older one but it serves us well enough for the day-to-day things we have to handle. Most of the work here involves paperwork and talking to people about the steel rerolling business. It’s not a flashy setup by any means. We sit at our desks, answer the phones, and keep the files organized. Tilak Marg is a pretty well-known spot, so it’s usually easy for folks to find us once they get to the 110 001 area. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the association keeps running. Sometimes the mail piles up, and other days it’s quiet. We deal with the usual city noise outside our windows while we work through the lists and documents. We've stayed in this apartment for a long time because it works for what we need to do. People in the steel trade know where to find us. We just keep our heads down and do the administrative work that is expected from an office like ours in the city.
