Shivneri Fresh

Shivneri Fresh is located at A 4 in the Mafco Market. We are right opposite the Yogi Executive hotel in Sector 18, Turbhe. The market is a very lively place, especially in the early hours of the morning when all the fresh stock arrives. We deal with fresh produce and food items. Our stall or shop is always full of crates and bags. It smells like earth and vegetables most of the time. Working in a market like Mafco means you have to be ready to move fast. There are always people pushing carts and shouting out prices. We spend a lot of our time sorting through the produce to make sure only the good stuff stays on the shelf. It’s a lot of standing and moving things around. We are right across from the hotel, which is a big building, so it is hard to miss us. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning or from the vegetables, so we wear sturdy shoes. We have a few people helping us out every day. We do not have any big signs or fancy advertisements. People just know us because we are here every day. It is a simple business of buying and selling fresh food. We get a mix of regular customers and people just passing through the market looking for something specific. It is a tough job with long hours, but it is what we do.
