Our facility at Sanghvi Foods Pvt Ltd. is located at Plot No. R-13 in the TTC Industrial Area. This is right on the Thane Rabale Road, so it is quite easy to find if you are coming from the station. The area is very industrial, with a lot of big companies and power lines everywhere. We have a fairly large space here, but it’s mostly filled with machinery and storage racks. The sound of the cooling fans is the main thing you hear when you walk in. We have different shifts of workers coming in and out at all hours. It feels like the work never really stops. The office part of the building is just a few cabins with glass partitions that are a bit smudged. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just some maps and safety signs. The walk from the main Rabale road can be a bit dusty when the wind blows through the industrial estate. We spend a lot of time on logistics and making sure the raw materials arrive on time. It is a practical environment where everyone has a job to do. We don’t really do a lot of promotional talk. Most people who work here live in the nearby areas of Navi Mumbai. It’s a solid, straightforward operation where we just focus on the daily output and keeping the machines running smoothly. That is how we have always done things.
