We’ve been here at No-24 in Market Phase 2 for a while now. Turbhe is always a busy place, especially in Sector 19 where everything moves fast. Most days start early before the sun is even up properly. We spend a lot of time checking on the food items and making sure the crates are stacked where they should be. Prasaar Foods isn't a massive corporate office with shiny floors. It’s a workplace where people actually get their hands dirty. Sometimes the trucks arrive late and we have to stay back to sort things out. That’s just how it goes in this part of the market. You get used to the noise and the constant hum of the nearby shops. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when there is a lot of stock coming in at once. Usually, someone is always on the phone talking to a supplier or checking an order list on a clipboard. The walls aren't freshly painted and the chairs in the back office are a bit old, but we get the job done. It’s mostly about making sure people get what they ordered without too much fuss. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the business running and making sure the food goes where it's supposed to. If you walk past our spot in Phase 2, you’ll probably see us hauling bags or arguing about where to park the delivery van. It is simple work, really.
