Grameen Foods India Pvt Ltd

Our office for Grameen Foods India Pvt Ltd is at 504, J.K Chambers, Plot No. 76, in Sector 17, Vashi. It is a pretty standard office building with a lot of other businesses around us. We deal with food products on a wholesale level. Even though we are a private limited company, it still feels like a small family business inside. There are only a handful of us in the office most days. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking on the phone with suppliers from different states. The desks are usually covered in piles of paper and half-empty cups of tea. We don't have a big fancy meeting room. If we need to talk about something, we just pull up a chair at someone's desk. The area in Vashi is very convenient for the transport trucks, which is why we picked this spot. We don't have a big marketing budget or anyone to handle our public image. We just do our business, buy what we need, and sell it to our customers. It is pretty straightforward work without any hidden layers or corporate talk. Sometimes the elevators in the building break down and we have to walk up to the fifth floor, which is good exercise I suppose. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks as they come.
