Viraj Engineering Company

Over in the Satpur industrial area at F-103, that is where Viraj Engineering Company is located. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by all kinds of factories and workshops, so there is always a lot of activity and noise. Our place is pretty straightforward—lots of metal, some old desks, and a few machines that have seen a lot of use. We do general engineering work, and it’s the kind of job where you’re always learning something new because every project is a bit different. Some days we are welding, other days we are just measuring and cutting. The guys here aren't much for talking, they just like to get on with the work. We’ve been in Satpur for a good while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a tough environment sometimes with the dust and the heat, but we make it work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. We just try to finish things on time and not make mistakes. If something goes wrong, we fix it and move on. It’s a practical way to run things. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up talking shop during breaks. We’re just a small engineering outfit trying to stay busy and do decent work for the local industries around Nashik. It is honest work for us every single day.
