Down here in Patil Nagar, in the Cidco part of Nasik, you’ll find our shop. We go by Spark Engineers. It’s a bit tucked away at N-53, but we’ve been in this spot long enough that the neighbors know us. We do engineering work, mostly fixing parts or making small components when someone needs them. The machines we use are older, but they still work just fine if you treat them right. It gets a bit oily and greasy around the workshop, especially on Tuesdays when we do the big maintenance. We aren’t some big corporate firm with shiny floors. It’s just a practical space where we can get the work done without much fuss. Usually, the radio is playing in the background while the lathes are turning. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start, and they know their way around a blueprint better than anyone. Sometimes the traffic in Nasik makes it hard to get deliveries out on time, but we do our best to stay on schedule. We don't use any of those big words to describe what we do. We just take on the jobs that come our way and try to do a decent job of it. If you’re ever near Vh 14/9, you’ll probably hear the hum of our shop. It's nothing special to look at, but it's where we spend most of our lives and we're okay with that.
