Jm Engineering

Jm Engineering is over at Plot No 48 in the MIDC Area. It’s a pretty standard engineering shop, much like others in this industrial zone. We’ve got a variety of machines like lathes and drills that keep us busy most of the day. To be honest, it’s a loud and somewhat greasy place to work, but we’re used to it. We don’t have any fancy signs or a reception area. If you need something, you just walk in and find one of us on the floor. We focus on making parts and fixing machinery for other businesses nearby. It’s not the kind of work that gets you a lot of attention, but it’s steady. The crew here is small, and we mostly just communicate with a few nods and shouts over the noise. We don’t have a mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and get to work on whatever orders came in. Sometimes the parts are tricky and take a lot of trial and error to get right. We don’t mind the extra effort as long as the final piece is solid. The MIDC can be a bit chaotic with all the trucks and workers, but we like the energy of the place. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of business where we just do our best to stay productive.
