Our place is tucked away in the Hari Shakti Co Op Housing Society at D1/F-16. If you live around Rane Nagar in Nasik, you probably already know the neighborhood. It is mostly a residential area, so it stays a bit quieter than the center of the city. We have been operating from this Maharashtra location for a long time now. Being inside a housing society gives the office a much more personal feel than a typical business park. It isn't a huge skyscraper or anything polished. It’s basically a regular apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. Nasik usually has pretty nice weather, though the rains during the monsoon can be really something else. We don’t have any big, flashy signs outside our door. Most people who need to find us just look for the D1 building and head up. Inside, the space is simple with just enough room for our desks and all the files we need to keep. We don’t really follow a strict, formal code here. We just come in, do our jobs, and head home at the end of the day. Sometimes we take a break and get tea from the little stall down the street. It’s a grounded way to work and doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment. We like being part of the local community like this. It feels real and suits the way we handle things.
