Mogal Agro Company Pvt. Ltd. is based out here in Kasbe Sukene in the Niphad area. It’s mostly farming around here, so we keep busy with the agro work throughout the year. The office is right in town, and most days start pretty early because that's when the farmers are out. We deal with whatever the season brings us. Sometimes the rain helps out, and other times it just makes things difficult. We've been at this address for a long while now. It's just a regular place, nothing fancy or modern. People often drop by just to talk about their crops or to see what supplies we have. We have a few guys working in the back part of the building. The main desk is usually covered in papers and old notebooks. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to file something. It's more about being on the ground and talking to people. Niphad gets quite warm in the summer, so the ceiling fans stay on all day long. We try to keep things organized but it always gets a bit hectic during the harvest. My father used to say the work never ends, and he was right. We just handle the day-to-day stuff here. If someone needs something for their land, they know where to find us in Kasbe Sukene. We just make sure the supplies are moving and the records are kept. We are just a local company doing our part. The gate stays open most of the day. It’s a lot of physical work, loading and unloading. We just get on with it.
