We operate out of Ambad, specifically at the place of Saurabh Nilvarna Kulkarni, number 1859. It’s right in the heart of the taluka, and it’s a place where you can always find someone who knows a thing or two about the local land. Ishwari Agritech Producer Company Limited isn't a massive factory or a shiny office building. It’s more of a hub for the farmers in this part of Ambad to come together. We have a lot of papers stacked up, and the phone rings more often than we’d like, but that’s just part of the job. Some days are slow, and we just sit around talking about the local news or how the price of diesel is going up again. Other days, we’re so busy we forget to eat lunch until the sun starts going down. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a farmer has a problem with his crop, he comes here and we talk it out. There’s no corporate hierarchy or fancy titles that matter much to us. We’re all just people from the same area trying to make the most of what we have. The office gets a bit hot in the summer, so we usually keep the door open for a breeze. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours, and it serves the community well enough without any extra fluff or polished talk. We just want to get the work done so everyone can go home.
