Krushimanch Agro Producer Company Limited

We started Krushimanch Agro Producer Company Limited right here in Umarana, which is a small part of the Malegaon area in Nasik. Our office is set up at House Number 1229. It’s not a fancy corporate building or anything like that, just a regular place where we can sit down and handle the paperwork. Most of us who run things are farmers first. We spend more time out in the fields than we do sitting behind a desk. We felt like we needed to come together as a group because handling everything alone was getting too difficult these days. The weather is always changing and the market is hard to predict. By being a producer company, we can talk to each other and figure out the best way to move our crops. Umarana is a quiet place, but we stay busy. We grow what the soil allows and try to make sure everyone in the group gets a fair shake. It’s not always easy and we make mistakes sometimes, especially with the mountain of forms we have to fill out for the government. We just wanted a simple way to look after our interests without relying on too many middlemen. If you come by the house, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and talking about the next harvest. It’s just how we do things here in our village. We don't have big plans to take over the world, just to keep our farms going.
