Krushivardini Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Malegaon, specifically at G. No. 111. It’s not a place with big signs or flashing lights. It is just where we manage our farming business. Malegaon is our home, and most of us have our fields spread out around here. We decided to start this company because we wanted to have more control over where our vegetables and grains go. Usually, we are busy with the actual planting and harvesting, so the office work happens whenever we have a spare moment. We aren't professional managers; we are people who know how to handle a plow and check the soil. Sometimes the books don't balance the first time, or we have to wait a long time for a payment to come through. That’s just how it is for us in the village. We don't talk like the people on the news. We use simple words and focus on what’s right in front of us every day. If a neighbor needs help with their crop, we try to fit that in too. It’s about making sure that Malegaon farmers can keep their land and provide for their kids. It’s messy work sometimes, and the sun is hot, but we are used to it. We just want to keep the tradition of farming alive here for the next generation. It is not easy work, but we do it anyway.
