Our place is over at E-2 in the Additional Industrial Area of MIDC, Ambad. If you know the area, it’s right in the middle of all the other workshops and factories. It’s usually loud around here with the sounds of engines and heavy machinery from the neighboring units. We spend most of our time with grease on our hands. The floor is always a bit oily no matter how much we try to clean it. We’ve got stacks of auto parts all over the place. Sometimes it’s hard to walk through the aisles without stepping over a crate or a spare tire. The air in Ambad can be quite heavy with the smell of exhaust and metal, but we don't really notice it anymore. We have a few guys who have been with us since we first set up here. They know every tool in the box. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything. If someone comes by, they usually just stand around and talk while we work. It's a practical environment. We focus on getting the vehicles or the parts sorted so they can get back on the road. The sun beats down on the metal roof during the day, making it quite warm inside, but we keep the fans going. It’s just how things are in an industrial zone. We’re here to work and that’s what we do day in and day out.
