This is the Satpur plant, specifically M M Plant 1. It is a massive place and can be quite overwhelming if you are not used to it. The area is purely industrial, so there is always the sound of heavy machinery and trucks coming through the gates. Most of us who work here have been doing this for a long time. Our days are spent on the floor, making sure the production lines are moving and the machines are behaving. It is hot, loud, and physically demanding work, but it is what we know. There are no fancy offices or quiet corners here. Everything is geared towards getting the work out the door. We wear our uniforms, follow the safety rules, and keep our heads down. Satpur is a busy part of town, and this plant has been a landmark here for ages. You see people arriving in shifts at all hours of the day and night. We do not spend much time talking about visions or goals; we just focus on the task right in front of us. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If a shipment is late, we figure out why. It is a very direct way of working. There is a certain rhythm to the factory that you only understand once you have been here for a few months. It is not always pretty, but it is real life for everyone on the team at the plant.
