We’ve been at C-12 in the Ambad MIDC area for a long while now. It’s a busy part of town and getting here in the morning usually means dealing with a bit of traffic near the main gate. The shop floor is where most of the work happens. You can hear the sounds of the metalwork from the street if the doors are open. It’s not a fancy place, just a lot of concrete and heavy equipment. We spend most of our days making sure the schedules are met. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets to be a bit much, but we have a small spot for tea that helps everyone cool down for a minute. The address is pretty easy to find once you’re in the industrial zone. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a plain one. It gets dusty because of all the trucks passing by on the main road. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone else. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the daily tasks. If you walk inside, you’ll see some old desks and piles of paperwork near the entrance. That’s just how it is when you’re focused on the actual production side of things. It’s a loud place, but it’s our place. We just get on with it every day without much fuss or fanfare.
