Maheshwari Industries

Our place, Maheshwari Industries, is located at W-2 in the MIDC Satpur area. If you’ve ever been to Satpur, you know it’s a massive industrial zone. It’s all about factories and warehouses for miles. Our unit is just a standard MIDC shed, nothing fancy. We’ve got high ceilings to help with the heat, though it still gets pretty stuffy in the summer months. The yard outside is often filled with raw materials waiting to be processed. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. The morning start is always the same—opening the big rolling shutters and checking the machines. We don't have a dedicated sales team or a front desk person. Usually, whoever is closest to the door handles whoever walks in. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We focus on the work at hand rather than making the place look like a showroom. There’s a lot of metal clashing and the smell of grease in the air most of the time. It’s the kind of place where you wear heavy boots and don’t mind getting your hands dirty. We take our lunch breaks together under the shade of a small tree near the boundary wall. It’s just a regular day of work for us, and we try to keep things moving along without any fuss or unnecessary complication.
