Delta Magnets Ltd.

We’ve been here at B-87 in the MIDC area of Ambad for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of town with trucks coming and going all day long. If you know this side of Nashik, you know how the dust settles on everything by noon. At Delta Magnets Ltd., we spend most of our hours dealing with various magnet components. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us occupied. The shed gets pretty warm during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we see each other around even when we aren't clocked in. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, which is just how things are in this industrial zone. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to open the door for you in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us near the back machines or checking the inventory. It’s a practical setup. We handle the orders as they come in and try to make sure everything is sorted before the weekend. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we usually catch up on news. It’s just a normal workplace where things get done. Nothing more to it than that. We like being in Ambad because everything we need is right here. It’s loud, it’s a bit messy sometimes, but it’s where we do our thing.
