Rishabh Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is based out in F-31 in the MIDC area of Satpur. It’s an industrial zone in Nashik, so there are factories all around us. The air always smells a bit like metal and oil. We spend our days making instruments and checking that everything is working like it should. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city but we are used to it by now. The building is just a standard industrial unit with plenty of space for the machines and the work benches. We have been here for a good number of years. It’s mostly just the sound of the equipment running and people chatting over lunch in the break area. We don't go in for anything flashy. We just have our tasks and we stick to them. Sometimes we get big batches of things to finish and everyone has to put in extra time. Other days it is just routine maintenance and cleaning up the workspace. The neighbors are other companies doing similar stuff. We all kind of know each other from the local tea shops. It is a steady way to make a living. We don't have any fancy reception area or anything. Just the shop floor and the office where the paperwork gets handled. That is how we run things here in Satpur. It isn't a place for people who want quiet, but it is where we do our business every single day. We just get on with it and go home when the work is finished.
