We are based at Ashish Park, right across from the Gajanan Maharaj Mandir in Indiranagar. Having the temple right there is a great landmark because everyone in Nashik knows where it is. It makes giving directions a lot easier. We’re at number 15. The area is usually quite lively, especially during festival times when the temple is busy. Our work involves a lot of precision with instruments, so we try to keep our workspace as orderly as possible, even if we fail sometimes. The office is a bit of an older building, but it’s sturdy and has a lot of character. We spend our mornings checking through the previous day’s logs and getting ready for whatever comes in. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just pitch in where it's needed. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life. We like the neighborhood because it feels like a proper community. You’ll often find us standing outside for a bit of fresh air near the temple gates. It’s a humble place, and we aren't trying to be anything other than a local shop doing its job. We’ve got our routine down and it works for us and the people who visit. It’s been a good home for the business over the years.
