Maasaheb Meenatai Thakare Agro Producer Company Limited

Our group, Maasaheb Meenatai Thakare Agro Producer Company Limited, is located at house number 168 in Taharabad. That's over in the Baglan area. We are a collective of local farmers who felt it was better to work as one unit rather than everyone struggling on their own. Taharabad is a decent place for agriculture, and most of us have been doing this since we were kids. This company is just our way of staying organized. We don't have any flashy advertisements or a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just us looking at the crops and deciding how to manage the harvest. Baglan has its challenges, like any other place, but we manage. We use the space at Hn-168 to keep our records and meet up when there’s something important to discuss. It’s a very practical arrangement. We focus on the actual farming part—the dirt, the water, and the plants. There’s no need for fancy talk when you’re dealing with the earth every day. We just want to make sure the work we put into our fields pays off at the end of the year. It’s a community effort, really. Everyone chips in where they can, and we try to keep things running smoothly despite the usual ups and downs of the farming world. It is a long process from seed to market, but we are in it together and that makes a difference.
