We are over here in Pimpalgaon, specifically at S No 1403 in the Niphad taluka area. Ksp Agro Fresh Private Limited is mostly about the fresh stuff we get from the fields around Nashik. Most of us here grew up knowing the soil and what grows well when the rain is good or when it's too dry for the crops. It is not some fancy setup with a big lobby or anything like that. We spend most of our time out where the actual work happens. The office in Dindori is just where we keep the papers and talk to people who come by. Life in Maharashtra agriculture is never really quiet or easy. There is always something to load onto a truck or a driver to wait for in the morning. Sometimes things go slow and sometimes it is a real rush to get things done. We try to keep things moving as best as we can without overcomplicating the day. It gets very hot here in the summer but the land gives us a lot if we look after it right. People know us around the village as the ones handling the agro fresh side of things. We just do our jobs and go home to our families like everyone else. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the middle of the farming stretch. We don't have a big marketing team, just a few of us making sure things get where they need to go.
