Khaleel Trading Corporation is based in Shop No. 3 on the 1st floor of the Mankarnika Complex. We’re right here in Lasalgaon, which everyone knows is a big hub for trading, especially with the onion market nearby. Being in Tal. Niphad means we’re right in the middle of all the agricultural action. Our office is simple, just some desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We spend most of our time tracking prices and talking to local producers. It’s a fast-paced environment and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when the market is busy. We don't have a shiny lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. My family has been involved in trading for a long time, so it felt natural to set up here. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, depending on the crops and the weather. We aren't a huge corporation with branches everywhere, just this one spot in Mankarnika Complex. It’s loud and dusty outside most days, but that’s just the way Lasalgaon is. We take our tea breaks when we can and try to keep up with the daily changes in the market. It’s a hard way to make a living sometimes, but we’re used to it and we like the people we work with every day. The local vibe keeps us going even during the long harvest months.
