Khadak Malegaon Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Niphad, right near the PHC at Gat No.2/1. If you know the Nashik area, you know there is a lot of farming happening around here. We are just a group of local farmers who decided to team up. It's not always easy running a farm on your own, so we formed this company to help manage things better. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just neighbors working together. Our office is easy to find if you are coming through Niphad. Most of us have been in these fields our whole lives. We handle the day-to-day business of the farm collective from our spot here. It's a practical setup. We spend most of our time out in the fields rather than sitting in an office. When we do get together, it’s usually to talk about the weather or the prices we are seeing in the market. Being close to the PHC makes it a central spot for many of us. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem with the crops or we need to organize a truck for transport, this is where it happens. We don't use fancy words. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We just want to do right by the families in this part of Nashik. It’s a way for us to stand together and not get lost.
