We are located at Plot No-278/B, which we call Avadhesh Tower, though it is just our main building here in Takkar Ganj. It’s situated right behind Nirmal Palace, so that is usually the easiest way to find us. Avadhesh Engineering Equipment & Construction Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a while now. We deal with a lot of heavy equipment and construction planning. The office is often full of blueprints and site photos pinned to the walls. It can get pretty hectic when a new project starts up. Takkar Ganj is a lively area, and there is always something happening on the street outside. Our building has enough space for our equipment and the small team we have in the office. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy or corporate. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with sites and making sure the gear is where it needs to be. Sometimes the dust from the nearby construction gets into the office, but that’s just part of the environment. We have a few desks and a place to sit down and talk about the day's work. Most of us have been in the construction line for a long time. We know the area well and have seen a lot of changes around Plot No-278/B over the years. It's a solid place to work from and we like being here.
