A.K. Industries

A.K. Industries is located over at Plot No.E-53 in the MIDC Industrial Area. We’re right in the Satpur Colony, and being near the Central Bank of India makes us pretty easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. Our day starts early here because there is always machinery to get running and orders to prep. It’s an industrial area, so it’s naturally quite noisy with all the other units around us. We’ve been at this plot for a good amount of time now. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, which is pretty standard for what we do. We don't really have time for polished floors or fancy desks. It’s more about getting the parts out and making sure the machines are behaving. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a lathe or a press. We just take it as it comes. If you walk past Plot No.E-53, you’ll probably hear us working. We’ve got a small crew who knows their way around the shop. We don’t do much talking; we just stay busy with whatever job is on the bench. It’s a solid, honest place to work, and we’re glad to be part of the Satpur community. Just look for us near the bank on the main industrial road. It’s a lot of manual work but it keeps us going day after day.
