Technogrowers Farm Llp

We set up shop at House No 89 in Himmat Pur Malla. Haldwani has a lot of history with farming, and we are just trying to find our own way of doing things here. It's basically a small team working out of a residential area, so it's pretty quiet most of the time. We spend a lot of our hours looking at how plants grow and trying out different ways to make the farm work better. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather in the foothills gets a bit unpredictable. We aren't doing anything flashy. Mostly, we just check the soil and the water and try to keep things organized. Sometimes we forget to answer the phone right away because we’re out back or fixing something that broke. We started Technogrowers because we liked the idea of mixing old-school farming with a bit of newer thinking, but it's still mostly dirt under the fingernails at the end of the day. Our neighbors know us as the people always messing with seedlings or irrigation pipes. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a house and some land and a lot of trial and error. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the plants are healthy and the work gets done before the sun goes down. It is hard work, but we find it rewarding enough to keep at it every single season.
