Our place is at 124, A, in Peerpur Dubralorpur, near Tajan. We are the Ansh Krishi Kalyan Farmer Producer Company Limited. Most of us are just regular farmers who have lived in this area forever. We started this group because we realized that we could get more done if we worked together instead of competing. It is not a fancy operation at all. Our office is just a part of the building where we keep our files and meet up to talk. We spend the majority of our time out in the fields around Tajan. We grow whatever the season allows and then we figure out the best way to get it to the market. We do not have any corporate polishing or big advertisements. We just rely on our hands and our knowledge of the soil. It is a lot of hard work, especially when the weather is not on our side. We help each other out with the planting and the harvesting. It is just a practical way to manage our farms. We do not have any big titles or fancy roles within the company. Everyone just chips in where they can.
